Packing options
Bulk Packaging where fillets are packed Skin to Skin and Flesh to Flesh inside a food grade plastic liner. Interleaved if frozen.
Individual Vacuum Packaging (IVP) where fillets are sealed in clear bags with or without absorbent pad before packing.
Box options
15kg random weight, high density styrofoam box
25kg random weight, high density styrofoam box
20kg random weight, cardboard box (frozen)

Ice options
Pre soaked, frozen Gel Ice sheets
Flake ice with increased salinity level at -2 degrees celsius
